Get your best lyric to a pro songwriter!

Having trouble getting your lyrics noticed?

Having trouble getting your songs or lyrics heard? Can’t seem to crack open the doors of the music biz? Is posting your lyrics in Facebook Groups getting you nowhere? Do you live outside a major music center like Nashville, New York or LA, and you don’t know how to make those vital industry connections?

The sad truth is, if THE RIGHT PEOPLE don’t hear your song or see your lyrics… nothing happens. No cuts, no hits, no quitting that day job. And those folks that think you’re crazy for dreaming of a career in the music business? Well… they’ll continue to think they’re right.

Here's your chance to get noticed by a hit songwriter.

There is very little in the music business that's more powerful than finding a champion - finding a music biz professional who believes in you and your songwriting.  And that's why the Lyric Pitch Event exists.  I want to introduce you to a pro, hit songwriter who will help you grow as a writer and just might become your champion.

This is a relationship business, and I want to help you build your next relationship.

Don't Miss Out On This Opportunity- the deadline is coming up on September 1!

Here's How It Works

After you make your purchase, you'll be taken to a page that contains:

1) the email address where you should send your lyrics

2) the lyric submission code

You'll also receive the same information in a separate email.

Follow the instructions to enter your lyric in the Lyric Pitch Event.  I'll review each lyric and select the Top 10 lyrics that I believe will catch our guest's eye- in a good way.  The winners will be announced through email, the Songwriting Pro blog and social media on September 16.

On the evening of Monday, September 27, the 10 Ten writers will join me and our guest on a live Zoom videoconference.  Our guest will review your lyric and give his thoughts from their prospective as a hit songwriter.

Can you enter a lyric that already has a melody?

Yes! The goal of this event is to open doors in the music biz. So it doesn't matter if your lyric already has a melody. If our guest wants to cowrite the song with you, you can then choose to whether or not to share your existing melody with the guest. Or you may both decide to work on a different song altogether. The point is to impress our hit songwriter guest and begin a relationship.

Will this turn into a cowrite?

That's up to you and the guest songwriter. Our pro guest will have the option of offering a cowrite to any or all of the Top 10 writers. This may include working on your submitted lyric or on a brand new song. So don't be scared to send in a lyric that already has a melody. If it has a melody and you don't want to write it with our guest, you don't have to. Or you can if you want. If our guest offers to write with you, you can have that discussion then.

Don't miss the deadline!

To make sure I have time to listen, I will not accept any submissions after Wednesday, September 1, 2021. So be sure and get your lyric(s) in early so you don't miss out! The winners will be announced through email, on my blog (SongwritingPro.com) and on social media on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

Investment... only $10 for SWPro Members!

This event is only a $10 investment per lyric when you use your Songwriting Pro Member Discount Code.  The code will be sent to you in your email and posted in our private Facebook Page, so be on the lookout.  Think about it- for about the price of two latte's, you have the opportunity to get on the radar of a pro songwriter.

That's a pretty dang cool thing for only $10 per lyric.

And if you aren't yet a SWPro Member, now is a great time to join!  Just CLICK the "JOIN" button at the top of this page and take advantage of our 14-day FREE trial membership!

A pro is waiting to love YOUR lyrics.
Don't let this chance slip by!
